Return policy:
Return window:
At Skin Sonata, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Skin Sonata's discretion.
Product conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item purchased at Skin Sonata must be in the same condition that you received it, (eg. skincare, beauty, and supplement products including free samples are unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept any exchanges, please double-check before placing an order.
Return fees:
The initial and return shipping fees will not be covered.
Return method:
You will have to send the product(s) to our selected address by mail with a tracking number, the postage will not be covered. Our current return warehouses are in the UK, and Hong Kong, SAR.
Return label:
It is the customer's responsibility for the return label.
Restocking fee:
The restocking fee is $9.89 USD. This will be deducted from the refund value.
We only provide a store credit for the value of the returned item. The store credit is the same value as the original item that can be spent in Skin Sonata. You may also email us to redeem your online store credit.
The return address will be emailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return address via email will not be accepted and will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please send us photo proof of the damaged item(s) in the original packaging. We will not provide any refund or replacement if the customer cannot provide evidence of damages.
Please note that as My Organics shampoo products are designed in a way that does not seal perfectly, there's a possibility that they may leak during the long-distance shipping process. Hence, we are not responsible for the slight leakage of the products.
If the item(s) in order is out of stock, we will email you to let you decide whether you'd prefer to wait for restocking or get a refund.
Lost Parcels:

Please note that the order cancellation will not be accepted after 3 days of purchases regardless of its shipping status.
Please be aware of the shipping process and timeframe before placing an order, especially from a temporary address. Our shipping process starts when the tracking number is issued to you via email.
After 3 days of purchase(s), if you would like to return your order, you will have to wait for the parcel to arrive and return it to our warehouse address at your own cost since we are not able to stop the shipping process once a tracking label is created.
Parcels Held in Customs for Inspections in the US:
Please note that due to the recent increase in customs inspections in the US, it may take a longer time to clear the customs. Please wait patiently for the parcel(s) to be released from customs, as it is beyond our control to mitigate. It is not eligible for a refund while the parcel is held in customs. Please contact us for specific cases first via email.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The original shipping cost is nonrefundable.
