Order Processing Time:
Our team works hard to process and ship your order as promptly as possible.
However, please note that it may take 3-7 business days to process your order before it is shipped. This is because each of our products is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality.
When a shipping label is created, it means that the order is shipped from our warehouse and is in transit to your country as the tracking number only shows the last-mile tracking.
Shipping Costs:
The cost of shipping is a flat rate depending on the destination address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £60, €72, US$120, CA$105, AU$115, NZ$126. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Shipping:
We currently offer shipping to most countries worldwide. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. The customs review period may take an extra 2-7 business days. Any additional customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs inspections in the US:
Please note that due to the recent increase in customs inspections in the US, it may take a longer time to clear the customs. Please wait patiently for the parcel(s) to be released from customs, as it is beyond our control to mitigate. It is not eligible for a refund while the parcel is held in customs. Please contact us for specific cases first via email.
Shipping status:
Please be aware of the shipping process and timeframe before placing an order, especially from a temporary address. Our shipping process starts when the tracking number and/or a shipping label are created and issued to you via email.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a last-mile tracking number and a local carrier. You can use this last-mile tracking number to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.
